Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 17, 2026

These Terms govern your use of newmexicoregisteredagent.co (the "Site") and registered agent services (the "Services") from New Mexico Registered Agent.co ("we," "us," or "our"). Using our Site or enrolling in Services constitutes agreement.

1. Services Provided

• Maintaining a physical registered office address in New Mexico
• Accepting service of process, legal documents, and official correspondence during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM MT, Mon-Fri)
• Scanning and forwarding documents electronically, typically the same business day
• Providing secure online document portal access

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, authorized to act on behalf of the business entity being registered, and provide accurate enrollment information.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Service costs $99 per year
• Payment due at enrollment and upon each annual renewal
• We accept methods shown on the Site
• Failed payment may result in suspension after notice
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice before your renewal

4. Term and Renewal

• Service runs 12 months from enrollment
• Auto-renews unless canceled before renewal date
• We send advance renewal reminders

5. Your Obligations

• Provide and maintain accurate business and contact information
• Notify us of changes to your entity name, address, or management
• Maintain your entity in good standing with the New Mexico Secretary of State
• Act on forwarded documents within applicable deadlines
• Pay all state fees (change of agent, formation) separately

6. Document Handling

• Accepted during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM MT)
• Scanned and forwarded electronically the same day
• We bear no responsibility for the legal content or implications of received documents
• Physical originals retained for a reasonable period, then securely destroyed

7. Not a Law Firm

New Mexico Registered Agent.co is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Services are limited to registered agent functions. We do not offer legal, tax, or business formation counsel. Consult licensed professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Total liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• No liability for delays from events beyond our reasonable control

9. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime via email to support@newmexicoregisteredagent.co
• Effective at end of current service term
• No partial refunds except at our discretion
• Upon cancellation, designate a replacement agent with the Secretary of State before service ends

10. Indemnification

You indemnify and hold harmless New Mexico Registered Agent.co, its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Changes posted here with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

New Mexico law governs. Disputes resolved in New Mexico courts.

13. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement regarding Services.
